1) Information collected directly from you
Yaniv Card Game app do not directly collect any 'Personally identifiable information' (PII) from you. To play this game, You are not required to fill up any forms or use any input medium to provide us any personal information. We do however use or collect following 'non-PII' information.
a) Logs Data
We collect and store your gameplay logs ( game actions ) during multiplayer games. We use these data to identify and fix bugs in our games. These data are not shared with anyone, and we periodically delete these data from our servers. We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
b) Geo Location
We use geolocation data in Yaniv Card Game for local multiplayer purpose. It is used to identify the closest devices for pairing. We don't collect these data for further processing. If you don't play local multiplayer games, location data is never used. However, approximate location data might be collected and processed by our advertisement partners.
2) Information collected using third party services
We use different third party companies to facilitate our game ,eg for providing social media interaction, serving advertisements etc.
a) Advertisements Partners
we share the advertising identifier (such as the Apple IDFA and Android Advertising ID) currently associated with your device with third party advertising and technology companies. An advertising identifier is an alphanumeric string that can be used to identify your device so that advertisers can serve personalized ads to you.You have the ability to reset your advertising device ID using the privacy settings on your mobile devices. We use various advertisement providers in our games like google(admob), Iron source and Unity Ads.
b) Social Media
Our games usually provide its player some means to use third party social media platforms. Use of such platforms is not mandatory to play our games. If you log into the App using a third-party service, such as Facebook, Google or Apple Sign In, we may share information provided by those services with other players for certain in-app features like leaderboards.
c) FireBase

3) Data We share
We only share your data during multiplayer games. If you had opted to sign in and create an account with us, We share your profile picture and profile name with other players during multiplayer games. If you use in game chat feature, We share your chat message with other players ( only in private circle )
4) Request Amend or Deletion of Data
If you want to update, amend or delete any of your data that we may have collected from you, please email us at support@3colorsinteractive.com. In case of any third party services that you may have used within this app, we will guide you with necessary steps to delete your associated data.
5) Payments and Credit Card Information
We provide paid products within our game. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. We don't directly collect your credit/debit card information and process them. The payment providers we work with are Apple Store In-App Payments and Google Play In-App Payments
6) Children
Though this game is a family friendly app, Yaniv Card Game is not specifically geared towards Children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 12. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us immediately at support@3colorsinteractive.com. If you permit your child to use one of our Services that is not labelled a Child Safe App, you should disable in-app purchases on your phone and actively monitor your child's use.
7) Opt Out Options
You can opt out of targeted advertising by selecting "limit ad tracking" (iOS) or "opt-out of personalized ads" (Android).We also provide an options in our apps to enable or disable personalized advertisements.
